Our corporate mission is to be the leading supplier of Business
Intelligence solutions in China and a major player in worldwide
market along with the rapid development of China's economy.
1.
In October of 1995, Guangzhou FEnet Software Company was established,
mainly engaged in researching and developing application software
for banking and insurance.
2. In October
of 1996, IES1.0, FEnet’s first generation of insurance
application software product was successfully implemented
in Pacific Insurance Co., and became the major provider of
application software in insurance trade.
3.
In October of 1997, Beijing office was established. And company's software
and products entered the banking and insurance market of northern
China.
4.
In August 1998, FEnet R&D Center was established. Its researching and developing direction
was mainly in the business intelligence.
5.
In March 1999, the FEnet Software merged with Royalstone,
becoming the leading application software provider in insurance
and retail business.
6.
In April 1999, Chengdu office was established. Company's products and appliance
succeeded in entering the southwest China market.
7.
In May 1999, we made the acquisition of the Shanghai Xiaotong
Co. and Shanghai office was established, setting up a sale and service
system in the East
China
market.
8.
In July 1999, New
York
office was established. FEnet began to move towards international
cooperation.
9.
In October 1999, FEnet was accredited as on of the top ten
major software enterprises of Guangzhou, affirming its market position in the industry.
10. In October 1999, FEnet launched its business
intelligence platform product, "BI.OFFICE 2.0" together with
Microsoft, providing the market with its well-proofed application
platform product.

In December 1999, FEnet was awarded as "Key software enterprises
of national Torch Program" by the Ministry of Science and
Technology.

In April 2000, "VSEC E-commerce platform" was appraised as
the national-level Torch Program project.
13. In October 2000, the products and service
of "BI.OFFICE" were successfully implemented in the sectors
of bank, insurance, electricity, manufacturing industry, customs.

In December 2000, FEnet was chosen by IBM as the only most
valuable Independent Software Vendor in the Asian-Pacific
area of Year 2000.

In December 2000, FEnet was chosen by IBM as the only BI training
base in China of Year 2001.

In May 2001, FEnet succeeded in introducing the foreign risk
fund, increasing the input into the R&D of BI products.
17.
In September 2001, FEnet’s insurance intelligence system
was appraised as the national-level Torch Program project.
18.
In December 2001, FEnet’s BI platform product "BI.OFFICE
3.0" was launched.
19.
In January 2002, FEnet’s BI.OFFICE was appraised as
the national-level Torch Program project.
20.
In March 2002, FEnet launched the R&D of BI application
software package in strategic industries.
21.
In July 2002, Shenzhen Huawei Company began OEM FEnet's
BI.OFFICE in its business line products.

In November 2002, FEnet planed and built the monitoring system
for state-own assets with the Guangzhou Municipal Government
and obtained enormous success in its subordinate's large-scale
state-own enterprises, leading the domestic market of monitoring
the state-own assets.

In April 2003, FEnet was accredited with the ISO9001 authentication.
24.
In April 2003, FEnet signed an agreement with IBM, idnetifying
IBM as the agent of FEnet’s BI.OFFICE in China district.

In May 2003, FEnet Software launched the BI application software
packages of SMARTBANK∧SMARTANALYSIS, which can be used in bank’s
international settlement analysis , bank performance examination,
bank customer analysis and enterprise financial analysis,
etc..

In October 2003, BI.OFFICE 3.0 passed the pressure test of
processing more than 1000 simultaneous users and 6000 online
users in Guangdong National Taxationation Bureau, making it
a successful case for the high-end BI users.
